Daniel Seagrave is a British artist renowned for his intricate and highly detailed album covers, particularly within the death metal genre.

Born in Worksop, UK, in 1970 and raised near Nottingham, Seagrave's self-taught skills garnered attention early in his career. At 17, he created his first album cover for the thrash metal band Lawnmower Deth, which led to further commissions from prominent labels like Roadrunner Records during the explosive growth of the death metal scene in the early 1990s.

Now based in Toronto, Canada, Seagrave continues to work on band commissions and personal projects, often spending years on individual paintings that explore themes of isolation, greed, and evolution.
