Explorer Series Season 2 – Two Headed Dragon

Entry Fee: $15 per person

Check in Time: 12:30pm

Round 1 begins: 1:00pm

Format: Two Headed Dragon 9x4. Teams of 2 Players will compete against other teams across 3 Swiss style rounds. Standard 2HD rules as created by Beasts of the Bay (https://beastsofthebay.com/two-headed-dragon) will be used for this event with the following exceptions:

• Every round you will be matched with a new teammate and you will be paired against two people you have not played yet.
• The Immortal Throne and Wedding Halls are NOT valid win conditions in this format.
• Seating for the match will be explained at the event.
• Courtesan Thais and Roots of Yggdrasil are banned.

Prizing:

• Each participant will receive a special token created just for this event and just for this season… 👀
• Every round, the winning team will receive 2 packs of Gothic to rip and enjoy!
• The players finishing with the 1st thru 8th best records will each get their choice of 1 dual element site token from the remaining Season 1 supply.
• The players finishing with the 1st thru 4th best records will each get a complete foil set of tokens that were created specifically for this event and this season.
• The 2 players finishing with the worst records will each receive a complete singleton set of non-foil tokens that were created and used for Season 2.

***Placement will be determined by win-loss record and the tie breakers built into the Sorcery Event System. Your Opponent’s Match Win Percentage (OMW%) is based on the person that you sat across from during each match.
