11am rounds commence (store opens at 10am so come early to prepare and manually fill out your decklist)

Entry Fee:

—$35 + tax (entry is at most $35 but may lower with higher player turnout) —Entry fee will automatically enter each player into the raffle for the Scott Kirschner Alt Art of Zap! with his interpretation of the infamous Death Blow! Great for that one of in any one’s collection! Prizing:

—All players participating in the constructed event will receive an Alt Art non-foil Den of Evil

—1st place will receive an Alt Art foil Den of Evil Constructed Deckbuilding Requirements:

—Spellbook minimum of 60 cards

—Atlas minimum of 30 cards

—Collection maximum of 10 cards

—Normal rarity constraints still applicable

Rounds:

—There will be five rounds of Swiss Best of 1 with cut to Top 4.

—Each round will be 45 minutes long with an allotted overtime (stipulated below).

—Everyone will also abide by the second player scry rule.

Overtime:

If the allotted 45 minutes expires without a winner, then the current player, whose turn it is at expiry of time, will be labeled turn 0 and 3 more turns will be played to completion. At the end of 3 turns, if still no one is the definitive winner (meaning the only Avatar left alive), then the player whose Avatar is not at death’s door is the winner, and, if neither player’s Avatar is at death’s door, or both are at death’s door, then the game will register as a draw.
