Play a strong normal Air water value minions,

I have had great success with my Mono Blue Devotion Deck, This is an Air Water variant that leans more into doing big burst with our Island Leviathan, this deck was inspired by Grappel Island, a Elementalist deck made using Island Leviathan and control.

We will only Seer Sites looking to play Island Leviathan, If we have a annual fair, deep sea (or Flood plain to flood our air sites or annual fair) for more threshold, we can attack with our island Leviathan by turn 4, and its pretty consistent.

With that said, turn five we can play whirling blades, grapple shot, and burst our opponent down to deaths door pretty quick. I think Seer is the best Avatar for this strategy because we can seer turn one to find our key sites, and place them where we want to.
