Made at 02:30 the day of the Tournament at Leyline Cafe with that cards I had to hand. I played my first ever game of Sorcery there!
In practice, here's what went well:
- Pudge Butcher + Rolling Boulder almost single-handedly won the last game
- Rolling Boulder clearer the column, Pudge Butcher forced their avatar over to my side of the board
- Druid's flip ability stopped them from escaping once on deaths' door
- Iron Man Talus provided some kind of an answer to Root Spider
- Town got some minions out ahead of curve
Less well:
- Tax Collector did slow them down, but didn't have enough of a payoff itself
- it did buy some time, but it didn't really contribute to winning in any other way
- Ranged units and Vantage Hills had barely any effect on the game
- they might make more sense with things like Poison Dagger
- Major City didn't feel worth the slot; there weren't enough Elites in the deck to justify it
