This is a budget deck under ~$100. It is meant to be fun & competitive.
The idea of this deck is to get your avatar across the realm via your ruler of thuul, polar explorers, etc. while pulling, luring & hooking their minions then submerging or fighting. You can also hook the avatar & play titan late game for a big strike. If needed, cast frogs then turn into shoggoths or horrible hybrids to keep tempo up.
