This is a budget deck at/under ~$100. It is meant to be fun & competitive.
Remove innsmouth dock to get the deck closer to $50 (It alone is $25.)
The idea of this deck is to pull, lure, tap & hook their minions then submerge or fight them. Evil minion are particular can then be banished or returned to their owner's hand. You should aim in the endgame to hook the avatar & play titan for a big strike. Don't be afraid to push your avatar forward & attack sites. You should be able to control any threats regardless of their evil or not status.
