Caelestis is our chosen dragon. We cheat dragons out as early and as consistently as we can. Sans water to have as many dragons as possible with the fewest threshold requirements. cast Morgana and Omphalos on home square to allow Caelestis’s effect to apply to their castings if they draw a dragon.

Keep any lands that offer Earth or Water. Keep the double threshold lands as well, as long as you have Water. Use any of your extra mulligans on your spells, try to get a Dragon in the opening hand.
