This deck wants to accelerate mana quickly and only have 3-4 sites in play. Optimally start with a core, key, and a finwife. Once ramped to 3-4 mana focus on moving towards opponents sites with blink, fine courser movement, or ruler/polar explorers.
Attempt to destroy an opponents site as soon as possible and get them in a situation to have to draw a site every turn. Run a forward facing dread thicket to prevent the first site from being defended. After first site destroyed if in hand play tabula rasa on avatar which will prevent avatar from being immobile and can still move and attack future sites. Otherwise attempt to move avatar with the many ways to push, slide, or teleport avatar to other sites. Best ways to move are with blink and flanking maneuver so can keep hand full. Fine courser is great option as is constant way to move avatar to next site. Other ways to move are scatter which is also very versatile in it's uses. Attempt to leave avatar on a land site and an empty space in column to slide him left or right with mudslide to another site of opponents.
Late drawn cores and key can be traded with trade encampment for Omphelos or egg if needing more cards or getting close to door. Trade of silver bullet or blightstone can get you peacemaker arbalest or maddening bells. Cracking of toolbox has several options as 4th blink, zap, disenchant or bolt. Could also trade toolbox or Crack silver bullet to capture rolling boulder or truesight crossbow for pesky stealth decks.
Use sewer rats to move land deeds and blightstones around to whatever site on edges away from enemies or have them buried/submerged.
Bad match ups are against pathfinder so make sure to mull agressivly for sphere of animosity. If expecting quite a few pathfinder decks try adding 2 Imperial roads to help ramp up and cut off their site placement. Led astray, scatter, mudslide, etc are also great ways to move enemy pathfinder.
Usually this deck does best being very aggressive in site destruction/manipulation and will get overrun if let them get too far ahead.
Other than that have fun eating the realm!
