I built this deck just with cards that I pulled… So it's not ideal.
This deck is a voltron built. I think the Bladedancer would perform way better, as a supporter than as the main character, but it's all about having fun and trying quirky decks.
The Idea is to put on ice skates and go slay the enemies crawling defenseless on the icy surface that we gonna make the realm. For that we have a lot of magic that disables enemy minions and artifacts that push the powerlevel of the bladedancer. we also have a few temporary buff magics in the deck. We control the shit out of our opponents. We are wielding not just blades but also strings with which we control the enemy minions. For that we have a lot of great sites and minions that are able to pull, push and drown.
The Ceiling for the voltron bladedancer is surely way higher than the decklist I present here. There are a lot of auto inclusions, that would immediately move into the deck if had them. Im not talking about meta ramp artifacts but more so seven league boots another blade of thorns, goshwit helmet, mesmerize and so on.
Briar patch feels pretty powerful against necromancer plebs. especially if you can lure them into the thorns. >:-)
Guile sirens -> each for another copy of coy nixie (Very creative, I know)
Brobdingnag Bullfrog -> another Fey Changeling
Court jester -> potentially also against another fey changeling. Haven't had the opportunity to play it, so I wait until I checked how it performs in the deck. I feel like the jester has a lot of potential with mobile avatars like BD and Persecutor.
Call of the Sea;Wrath of the Sea -> not sure if I would exchange one of them or both of them for another shrink and/ or frost nova
Overflow -> would get replaced against a few other favorable artifacts or magic like seven league boots another blade of thorns, goshwit helmet, mesmerize. Especially if I cut Call of the Sea and Wrath of the Sea.
Grievous insult -> not sure about it. might also get replaced with riptide. I like to run at least 4 „bla bla bla. Draw a card.“ Spells.
Common Sense -> not really sure about it anymore. Everyone is relying mainly on Toolbox… I think, that toolbox has kicked Common senses butt outside of archimago.
I would definitively replace a few ordinaries against 3 Toolboxes and would just move them to the Collection.
