The Persecutor seeks out Evil, and has found it! Of course, most of his own allies might not be as innocent as they appear, but fortunately, innocence is determined by the judge... and he has already reached his verdict.
Ye Not Guilty is ironic. It's a Persecutor who deems enemy minions as Evil, except his own..... Basic strategy is brand enemies as Evil and eliminate them while dealing damage with your own Evil. I also like dropping Evil minions a square or two away and letting the Persecutor get some movement if he's not branding Evil that turn.
