You have to copy the deck so you have "edit" privileges for yourself to see the red count/decklist view when you click cards.

You just need to enable your collection tracking and any card in red is a card you don't have enough of. Clicking the red card will open up a new menu and you can see how many cards you actually have in red at the bottom versus how many are in the Decklist count above it.
