This whole testing process would be so much easier if I wasn't such a snob about only playing with physical cards.
I'm an MTG refugee(still play 93/94) and during/before the pandemic I played too much webcam and digital magic. I'm just so sick of it and only want to jam card games with real cards in person now.
I'll get off my wolfie little soap box.
I don't judge anyone for playing digitally. I'm just not ready to get back into that world again.
What I've been trying to say is, I don't think I'll be playing any sorcery this weekend. So I won't get to test and inevitably add more wolves until after the following weekend. Which coincidentally is my birthday weekend. There will definitely be sorcery and old-school magic played on that weekend.

Yesterday I played against a friend's harbinger deck.
Turns out more wolves was a good call.
I absolutely beat the piss out of him.
The weird jack rabbit thing sat in my hand the whole game. Maybe I don't need them or the squirming mass. That's room for 4 more wolves.
I had a lot more fun when the deck was working.

Promptly got my ass beat by my friend's battlemage deck twice in a row.
Realized that those woodcutter guys and shield spell are too slow.
Instantly threw six more wolves into the deck.
I did know going in that this deck wasn't going to be competitive, but damn--maybe the battlemage is also a really bad matchup on top of that.
Rough start...
