The Witch. She kinda sucked before Gothic, and the jury's still out now. But she's really cool, and we really want an excuse to play the Rudy version, right?
Key Themes and Interactions of the deck are using the "site-suckers" to widdle away at your opponent's life (Kite, Larvae, Freak) in addition to the Witch life-loss ability, and Devil's Egg. The rest of the stuff is mostly just annoying stall stuff. You want to draw into one of those threats ASAP, so mulligan liberally.
Auras are the Spheres to place the site-suckers as well as Plague and Famine to control the board and stall out annoying minions.
Artifacts are the P-Stone to help with ramp (you only want to play like 4 sites with your Avatar max), Amulet to protect yourself, Eggs to widdle, and Chains to slow down heavy minion decks.
Minions aside from the site-suckers are Kettletop for ramp, Horse to carry your site-suckers to opponent's site (and also Witch if you want to use the tax). Goat/Worrywart/Spider/White Hart are all good stall cards, Druids double as stall and damage, and Asmodeus/Morgana are just badasses.
Magic is Landmass for ramp (don't want to have to avatar-cast more than 4-sites remember?), Healing for stall, Blink for site-sucker placement and cantrip, and the rest are basically removal with a Gigantism there for good measure to get some opportunistic damage in.
Sites. I love the double-threshold sites. They make it so Morgana regularly hits turn 3, and Divine Healing can be played whenever it makes sense, no when you're waiting on that third pip. Gnome Hollows/Bridge/No-Man's are all great stall sites. Poised Well is a great way to get a couple points of damage in. Pillar is for lifegain and also to counter Deathspeaker and shut down Demons, etc. Spore Spouts and Wuthering Heights are for optimal placement of site-suckers but can also be great with Asmodeus and even Root Spider to put it on their site.
Not sure how competitive this deck will be, but if you're jerk who likes to slowly widdle down your opponent's life while stalling out threats, this deck is for you. It's the closest we have to the Stasis deck of the format, in the sense that it feels like playing into a wall and not really being able to carry-out your gameplan. So to those who love to have the table flipped on them, this deck's for you!
