This deck revolves around a few key cards—Drums of Doom and Murder of Crows. Together, this combination effectively provides up to eight Poison Nova–style board wipes, since the spell can be recast from the graveyard. An added benefit is that Drums of Doom is already strong on a flipped Druid, making it efficient even outside the combo.
Our minions are resilient to this plan. Cards such as Shelly Coat, Tufted Turtles, Black Cat, Those Who Linger, and Doom of Dilmun are all highly resistant to our own board clears, allowing us to reset the board while maintaining pressure.
The core game plan is to repeatedly clear the board using Drums of Doom in conjunction with Murder of Crows, while continuously searching for Doom of Dilmun via rivers, Shapeshift etc
A funny win condition, we can equip Doom of Dilmun with Doomsday Device, then use Wiccan Tools to cast Replicate, allowing Dilmun to repeatedly pursue the opposing avatar until the game is closed out.
