This is supposed to be played very aggressively. Use all of the aggro spells as quickly as possible. You will be using your mana up. What that practically means is that if you can Bone Spear a Skeleton into their avatar, do so. The reason is that you will soon be using Skeleton Mage to recast that Bone Spear. So don't just try to keep all of your skeletons alive as long as possible. Getting quick value out of your skeletons is also important since people are putting Murder of Crows in their Toolbox (there's also one in here in case the mirror gets out of control). It's better to get that 3 damage in now rather than hope your army will keep chipping away unimpeded for 3 turns.
Part of what allows this deck to be so aggressive is that the removal is so cheap. If you can Lightning Bolt their 3 drop and make a skeleton, you can't help but get ahead. Cast into Exile is also great in that way. Kiss of Death lets you create a skeleton then use it to kill a minion that is on the same site as your avatar. Since some of the removal is best on your turf (like on 6 mana you can Raise Militia then Kiss of Death in the same turn), it's okay to take some hits. That's why there's 2 copies of Divine Healing.
