Slightly greedy steam druid splash for air. Steam + Air.
Font of life is swap.
Went 7-0 in swiss then lost immediately in top cut. Fantastic tournament and community. Everyone was awesome. I'm coming back for the rainbow foil next time.
Won 6/7 druid semi-mirrors. Felt very good all day, don't have changes at the moment except maybe adjusting more for the bigger water based druid lists. Felt like I could use a little more consistency in racing so I could push the early game advantage against the big water decks. CJ's list and the Melbourne list felt real rough.
Everything else (Water air battle mage, fire air druid, air druid, earth water air druid, 2 steam druids) went exactly as I had hoped. Trade efficiently early, turn the corner, close quickly with unique-slop shenanigans.
Main recommendation if you want to try this deck is to mulligan to early game curve spells + removal, bottom uniques and late game unless it's your best card in the matchup by a lot. And then draw a site for turn early at least once on any turn where you have a clear play in hand. Even on your first draw of the game. Very important to be able to space your sites based on the most info you can to get the most out of the early game tempo. I see a lot of druids refuse to draw a spell for turn for value reasons. But this deck wants to go a little bigger and play carefully around site distruction and flood based decks.
