“THE GODFATHER OF STAX DECKS”
I’ve imagined this list as soon as the first spoilers of gothic came out…I fell in love with cards like desecrator kite or corruptor freak (rip) and started to build a deck around those ping mechanics!
Main strategy is to stax and control the board while our stealthed or borrowed or airborne minion, equipped with artifacts, drains oppo’s life .
Site placements / choices are very important to help us forcing the stax or helping a more aggressive start. It’s also a 3 color deck so pay attention to threshold. Mulligan is critical!
I usually try to stop playing site after the 4th to start tapping Witch for 2 damage per turn and to give opponents no sites to attack or move to.
Spell are mostly under 4 mana cost for that reason and for our safety in case of searing truth on ourselves.
1 or 2 pinging minion are enough to push down fast oppo life and are also hard to remove or to deal with.
Play sites only in back raw to gain tempo, the only one you can push forward is cursed land so opponents will drain by themselves trying to find a way.
stealth your defensive minion to gain BIG advantage or stealth your kites or larvae to draw spells.
