I usually stall with the defensive sites, control magics, Grain Sparrows, Fey Changelings and chump blockers while drawing lots of cards with Splendor, Manuscript and cemetery recasts. Eventually I overwhelm my opponent with charging beasts or Lady Iseult combos with Hamlet and Bull Whip/Horn/Ring.
