This is for the gamemode Peasant (I prefer some other names that I suggested, like Frontier - after Frontier Settlers, but hey it's a community format), which allows the use of only Ordinary and Exceptional Spells and Sites.

The core of this themed deck leverages LOTS of Exceptional and Ordinary spells already for sake of consistency in normal Constructed (Pudge, Cat, Nixie, Unicorn, Led Astray and obviously Troll Bridge etc) so it really only loses access to a small number of cards of higher rarity, like Green Knight, Maelstrom, Questing Beast, Atlantean Fate, etc.
