I stole the name from another deck with a similar idea as this one (thanks @Menese), and since I wanted to make this deck just based on the name alone I figured I would stick with it.
The idea is to leverage Hamlet/Elementalist to:
Have all of my minions have their cost reduced by 1, and
Have no threshold requirements as they are all met by the Elementalist
