Built around the popular fortress archetype, wizards fortress is designed to use specific lands that prevent the opponent from entering your sites while safely harboring wizards behind the safety of these sites. The deck uses cards such as blink and windblast as a way to move the wizards onto an optimal square to fire a timely spell. Additionally, Devil's egg is included in the decklist to slowly drain your opponents life while they are unable to generate any sort of offensive strategy. This deck may wish to use a disenchant to protect against cards such as mesmerize, which could steal your powerful wizards into the hands of your opponent.
