This is a new take on "Death and Taxes". The problem with the old "Death and Taxes was it was too slow" but combining Charge Minions with the negative effects of artifacts and small minions like Men of Lang or Court Jester to discard cards is pivotal for the deck, you are looking to run them out of resources, trying to only allow them to play 1 card a turn or pressuring them on board with all your charge keywords.
Iron shakles is a slept on card in this deck, it is a "removal" spell for no elemental threshold that you can always you.
This is the type of deck that has to play with the cards you draw since its draw power is a tad lacking but thats where the Seer shines the brightest, removing that next card and digging for peices that you actually want to see in the deck. In my opinion for this deck that is searching for the right card at moat times, Seer truly shines.
