Based on @SongWithinaSong's Can't stop the rock using only cards that I own.

I found that my initial rework with Sorcerer lacked in ability to use the boulder effectively or get the globes out, so I switched over to Seer. It's possible that adding the Manuscript and Observatory would remedy this.

I have Fenvale Muse in the sideboard to boost the scrying ability for the deck, but I'm not sure how useful they will be with Seer. Disenchant is to have a tool against artifact heavy decks.

The maybeboard contains the additional cards in the Can't stop the rock deck which I was unable to put into this deck, mostly for my own comparison purposes.

I'll be updating this as I play it more.
