Heading to Gen Con 2026? If Sorcery is on your list, you're in for a big one. Where's the booth? Which artists are showing up? What events should you sign up for, and is there anything for total beginners?

We've got you covered. Whether you're competing in a Grand Contest (or two!), meeting legendary fantasy artists, learning Sorcery for the first time, or simply stopping by to say hello, here's everything you need to know before heading to Gen Con 2026.

Visit the Sorcery Booth (#3046)

Come find us at Booth #3046 throughout the convention. We'll have products, artists, and plenty of chances to connect with the Sorcery community, all in one place.

While supplies last, we'll have a selection of Sorcery products available, including:

  • Beta Booster Boxes
  • Arthurian Legends Booster Boxes
  • Gothic Booster Boxes
  • Beta Preconstructed Decks
  • Gothic Preconstructed Decks

Whether you're starting your collection or expanding it, we'll have something waiting for you.

Meet the Artists

Two legendary fantasy artists will be joining us throughout the convention.

Drew Tucker - One of fantasy gaming's most distinctive artistic voices, Drew will be signing cards, meeting players, and debuting an exclusive Gen Con print featuring Remulus Immortals, artwork from an upcoming Sorcery release.

Alan Pollack - Returning to Gen Con for the first time in more than two decades, Alan will be signing cards and debuting an exclusive Gen Con print featuring Bearserker, artwork from Frost Mage vs. Lavamancer.

Both prints are signed, numbered Gen Con exclusives, with all proceeds supporting the artists directly.

Play Sorcery at Gen Con

There's an event for every kind of Sorcerer, whether you're chasing a championship title or learning your very first game.

If you’re participating in any Sorcery events at Gen Con, be sure to review the Gen Con 2026 Floor Rules before arriving. This document includes important information about registration, decklists, card legality, policy updates, event procedures, prizes, and other tournament logistics.

It also outlines our event philosophy and expectations for sportsmanship. Whether you’re competing in a Grand Contest or joining us for your very first Learn-to-Play session, our goal is simple: be cool, have fun, and help make Sorcery a welcoming experience for everyone.

Constructed Grand Contest Championship

One of the premier events of the 2026 Organized Play season. Players from around the world will battle for Grand Contest glory, exclusive prizes, and a place among Sorcery's champions.

As a special treat, this event will use Top Avatar Prizing. For each different avatar in Sorcery, the top-performing player with a winning record (4-3 or better) earns a special prize, one of each of the Foil Gothic Early Access dust sites plus other small goodies. Due to an inventory error, we have a handful of these cards remaining. These are sold out on the Dust Rewards Store and not coming back, so we're using these few remaining sets as prizing for this event.

Limited Grand Contest Championship

Build your deck from the cards you open and prove your adaptability in Sorcery's premier Limited Grand Contest experience.

Both Grand Contests award exclusive Organized Play prizes, including Gothic Print Sheets, given to the champion of each event as well as one randomly selected participant in each Championship. (See the full Grand Contest Prize breakdown here, and there are additional prizes at Gen Con.)

Escalation Sealed

An exciting Limited experience that grows with every round. Open six boosters and build your first deck, then open two additional boosters before each subsequent round to strengthen your strategy. You’ll finish the event having opened 10 booster packs, with additional prizes available for players who win their final match.

Team Sealed

One of the most social ways to experience Sorcery. Don't have a team? No problem. We'll form teams of three at the event. Each team opens 18 booster packs and works together to build three decks before battling other teams throughout the tournament.

Learn-to-Play

Always wanted to try Sorcery? Our Learn-to-Play sessions are designed for brand-new players and led by experienced community volunteers.

Every participant receives:

  • A Preconstructed Deck
  • A Booster Pack
  • A guided introduction to the game

You'll leave with everything you need to continue your journey through the realm.

Casual Play & Trade

What better way to cap off an incredible four days of Sorcery than with a fun casual play and trade gathering. Everyone gets three boosters just for showing up, plus plenty of door prizes await.

We Can’t Wait to See You

Every Gen Con becomes another chapter in Sorcery's story, and 2026 is shaping up to be one of our best yet.

Whether you’re competing for a Grand Contest title, collecting exclusive artwork, meeting fellow Sorcerers, or discovering the game for the very first time, we look forward to welcoming you to Booth #3046.

We’ll see you in Indianapolis.
