Marta Molina began her artistic journey self-taught, mastering reproductions of Byzantine, Gothic, and Renaissance art before exploring landscapes in watercolor and acrylic. Her skillful transition into altering Magic cards and contributing to Sorcery's artwork seamlessly blends classical techniques with contemporary fantasy themes. This fusion showcases Marta's ability to evoke emotion and narrative through her unique artistic vision.
Her work reflects a deep commitment to mastering diverse mediums and techniques, bridging tradition with innovation. Marta Molina continues to captivate audiences with pieces that marry classical beauty with imaginative storytelling, inviting viewers into a realm where historical elegance meets modern creativity.
Preferred Medium:
My favorite medium is acrylic, as it enables me to infuse my works with vibrant light and color while drying quickly. I also enjoy sketching with pencil and creating drawings with ink. One of my most cherished pieces is a reproduction of Carlo Crivelli's "Saint George," where I particularly enjoy experimenting with luminous hues and vivid contrasts.
My three favorites are Pristine Paradise for its peaceful atmosphere, colors, and light; Marine Voyage for its depiction of boats and marine scenes, which I thoroughly enjoyed painting and found flowed effortlessly; and Zephyranne Airship for its vibrant colors and the joy of painting a zeppelin, which I also love.
