Margaret Organ-Kean

From a young age, Margaret Organ-Kean was drawn to the arts - initially drawing and painting horses. Encouraged by her high school art teacher, she began to sell watercolor paintings and drawings at local art fairs.

Achieving her B.A. in art history, she made a name for herself among science fiction conventions and through showing art in conventions’ art shows, eventually working with magazines such as Cricket, and for gaming companies such as Iron Crown Enterprises and Wizards of the Coast. With a diverse portfolio including children’s books, she currently paints watercolors on commission and as a consulting/contracting designer and technical illustrator.
